Affiliate Marketing India-Marketing With New Tools

The fight between video advertisements and mobile phone reviews has continued quite for sometime in affiliate marketing industry. Affiliates are in a real fix as which way to go. With reports and researches pointing to a large-scale growth in videos produced and displayed, the analysts are worried about market saturation.

Affiliate marketers were quite happy as e-retailers or subsidiaries of e-retailers. Mobile phone and electronic consumables used to pump in more money and have been the most supportive for affiliate marketing industry. The publishers now have a number of tools and the tasks also have diversified.

Video content is gaining a lot of popularity, lately. That would mean a lot of changes and adjustments for affiliate sites that have earned a name for product reviews and text based content. Popular comparison sites would still have a high hand, but for others it may sound as a warning signal.

There is one more group that is worried at the moment. People engaged in content generation are also reluctant to accept the fact that video formats are the best alternatives in affiliate and online marketing. Imagine thousands of people losing their jobs overnight as web site owners and publishers hire video makers and put video content on their sites.

Most of the online video content is provided by amateurs and hobbyists, rather than professionals. As professional begin their entry in the web world, a different kind of strategies and plans may have to be worked upon.

But things won’t happen at that pace in countries where Internet speed is slow. Affiliate marketing in India would continue with the existing practices. There is still time to consider the possibility and be prepared for something like that to happen in the future. Professionals and business groups, who can understand the phenomenon today, would have an edge tomorrow.
